General terms and conditions of use of the site

ACCESS, NAVIGATION AND USE OF THE SITE IN GENERAL IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND NOTES. IN THE EVENT OF NON-ACCEPTION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND NOTES, ACCESS, NAVIGATION AND IN GENERAL, THE USE OF THE SITE IS NOT PERMITTED. IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND NOTES, THE AUTHORIZATION TO USE THE SITE MUST BE CONSIDERED IMMEDIATELY AND AUTOMATICALLY REVOCATED AND ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR PRINTED FROM THE SITE MUST BE IMMEDIATELY DESTROYED.

Use of the Site
ACC Consulting SAS. ("ACCA consulting") authorizes the viewing and downloading of the materials contained on the Site www.accaconsulting.com including the graphic layout of the site, exclusively for personal purposes, not for profit, in compliance with copyright and in of the intellectual property rights of the materials contained on the Site, whether they are originals or copies. Any modification of the materials present on the Site, their reproduction, public use, distribution or any other type of use that is carried out for commercial purposes is prohibited. Any use of the materials on any other website or on a computer network is also prohibited. The materials on the Site are subject to copyright legislation on industrial property rights and their unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright laws, trademarks and in general of the legislation applicable to the protection of intellectual property. Use of the Software. If any software is downloaded from the Site ("Software"), its use is subject to the terms of the Software Use License which will be provided with the same. You will not be able to download or install the Software until you accept this license.

Right to change, modify or delete the terms and conditions
ACCA consulting reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the terms and conditions at any time without notice. We therefore ask you to periodically review the "Terms and conditions". If the user continues to use the site, it will mean that he has accepted the changes or deletions.

User communications
With the exception of personal data, the treatment of which is subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, any material, information or other communication that is transmitted or deposited on the Site will be considered non-confidential and not subject to any proprietary right ("Communications"). ACCA consulting does not undertake any commitment in relation to the Communications, and will be free, together with its appointees, to copy, communicate, distribute, incorporate and in general to use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, texts, and any other content of the same for any purpose, for profit or not. ACCA consulting does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual attitudes or religion of users. All parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to supervise the use of the Internet by their children/minors under their responsibility. Registration and authentication
The registration procedure on the site provides, for each user, the assignment of a profile characterized by the attribution of a confidential account and password and for which the same is sole and exclusive responsible. The user is responsible for the safekeeping and correct use of such data as well as for any harmful consequence that may derive from their incorrect use, loss, theft and/or compromise of their confidentiality. User obligations
The user undertakes not to engage in any of the following conducts while using the Site:

The user can only send personal data strictly functional to the purpose of the communication sent, provided that this purpose is admitted pursuant to the Conditions and Notes and as reported on the Site; the user must not send personal or third party sensitive data. Any sensitive data received through the Site will be immediately and permanently canceled by ACCA consulting and will not be processed in any way. Prohibited conduct

Applicable law
